Jackie is a CPA whose passion for accounting was influenced at a young age by her mother. She has grown up in the McAuley & Crandall firm beginning as administrative office assistant, to staff accountant and then partner at the age of 30. She is a graduate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City with her Bachelors of Science in Accounting where she was also on the UMKC dance team for all four years. She earned her CPA certification in December, 2012. Jackie became 50% owner of M&C when Nancy McAuley retired in May of 2016 to then make the firm a family owned business with her mom, Becky Crandall. Jackie has enjoyed working side-by-side with her mom, growing professionally and bouncing off ideas with each other. Jackie has expanded the firm’s team and brought in young talent with great ambition and determination. She is mentoring future CPAs at M&C and looks forward to seeing them progress in the firm.

Jackie is a member of the AICPA, KSCPA and Leawood Chamber. She was a six year committee member for the Leawood Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals. She specializes in individual and business tax preparation and tax planning for individuals and businesses. She loves helping business owners continue to grow in their success while taking the stressful load off their back from accounting, payroll and tax concerns. She is also a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor and loves a nice set of clean balanced books!

Jackie married her elementary school love, Ryan, on lucky 7/7/07 and they have 2 daughters, Joslyn and Jolie. Jackie enjoys traveling to warm climates with sandy beaches and also in their camper where Jackie is the president of a local Holiday Rambler not-for-profit chapter. The Reynolds’ have one dog; a weimaraner they adopted from a local pointer and weimaraner rescue they fostered and volunteered for over ten years. Jackie also enjoys her long drive into the office cruising on her Spyder on the warmer days.
