Jackie is a Certified Public Accountant and Partner at McAuley & Crandall, where her passion for accounting has been a lifelong calling. Inspired by her mother, she began her journey at the firm as an administrative assistant before advancing to staff accountant and ultimately achieving partnership at just 30 years old.

A graduate of the University of Missouri–Kansas City, Jackie earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting while balancing academics with her commitment as a four-year member of the UMKC dance team. She became a licensed CPA in 2012, and in 2016, she and her mother, Becky Crandall, proudly transformed McAuley & Crandall into a family-owned firm upon the retirement of founder Nancy McAuley. Together, Jackie and Becky foster a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and client-focused service.

Jackie specializes in individual and business tax preparation, strategic tax planning, and helping small businesses streamline accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. As a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor, she takes pride in delivering accurate, reliable financial reporting that gives clients confidence to grow their businesses. Her leadership has also been instrumental in expanding M&C’s team and guiding future CPAs to thrive in the profession.

Professionally, Jackie is an active member of the AICPA, the Kansas Society of CPAs, and the Leawood Chamber, where she contributed six years of service on the Young Professionals committee.

Outside of work, Jackie treasures time with her husband, Ryan—her elementary school sweetheart—and their daughters, Joslyn and Jolie. The family enjoys traveling, camping adventures and relaxing at the lake on her parent’s pontoon.
